Anna Studio - 2 Bedroom apartment (30m from sea)

-"Anna Studio - 2 Bedroom Apartment" is an autonomous small studio/apartment, consisted of three rooms: 2 seperate bedrooms (not so big), each with its own inner small bathroom and a really small entrance-hall which includes a realy small kitchen for the two bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 per bedroom). - It is located at the first level (10 steps, no ramp and elevator) of a 3-storeyed house with other studios and is accessible through a shared entrance and staircase. The space The small appartment is 30m from the sea and 1 minute from the beach, it is near a super-market and restaurants and taverns. - The bedrooms can be locked with safety-key, they are equipped with double-bed, small table, TV, bed sheets, blankets and small balcony with partial sea-view. The rooms are equipped with 2 Air-Conditions and they also have fans on the celling, since rooms generally are quite cool. The kitchen, even though it is very small, it has a small refrigerator and the basic equipment for cooking with stoves but not an oven. Access to: oven, frying stove, big refrigerator and washing machine, is possible in the area of the shared entrance. The bathrooms have shower, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer. The shared entrance-door can be locked with safety-key and the entrance to the small appartment is a simple folding-door that can be locked with a key. -FREE WiFi is provided (50mMbps). -Smoking is allowed ONLY outdoors. Guest access The village of Mola kaliva (Moles Kalives) is accessible: -By public transportation from and to Thessaloniki, through regular bus services that pass by the village. Express Bus lines also arrive in nearby villages during the day and if you notify us in time, it is possible for us to receive you from there or else you can continue by taxi with relatively low charge. - By car the village is 1 hour away (103Km) from the International Airport of Thessaloniki "MAKEDONIA" (SKG). By car you can visit better the wonderful beaches and sightseeings of the area. Other things to note each room has its own Air-condition and also a celling fan for the periods of high temperatures (over 34 degrees). Generally the spot is quite chill, especially in the night.
