With over 700 m² and three floors, the villa provides incredible comfort and space for up to 16 guests. Each floor has its own atmosphere and amenities to cater to different needs and preferences. Ground floor - The heart of the villa: On the ground floor you will find the social hub of the villa. There is a spacious main, fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining room with a stunning aquarium with African fish from Lake Tanganyika and a cosy living room with a grand piano, modern TV and Netflix. There's a library for quiet moments, and a billiards room with a bar and games like chess, cards, dice and puzzles for fun. If you need to work, there is a light-filled office. From the ground floor you can go directly to the south terrace with seating, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a nice time with friends. First floor - An oasis of peace: On the first floor there are two luxurious bedrooms with king size beds and a shared large bathroom with both a bath and shower. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bath and a large private north-facing balcony with seating area where you can relax in peace. This floor comfortably accommodates up to six people in three double bedrooms. Second floor - Privacy and comfort: On the top floor you will find two additional bedrooms and a separate apartment. The larger of the bedrooms shares a south-facing balcony with the apartment, which has its own fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed (if required) and a bedroom with a double bed and standard bunk beds (single). The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to six people. The entire second and first floors together can accommodate up to 16 guests. Luxury and details: All rooms are furnished with quality designer furniture and almost all have en-suite bathrooms. Most rooms also have a balcony. The villa's interior is upscale, with hardwood floors, exotic wood paneling, high ceilings, airy spaces, high-end appliances and Bose sound systems. All this creates a unique atmosphere for your unforgettable stay in Prague. Ideal for business trips: With three separate workspaces and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, the villa is perfect for business trips. Guest access We want you to feel as comfortable and free as possible. That is why we will hand you several sets of keys on arrival to ensure you have uninterrupted access to the villa for the duration of your stay. Our villa is built on a slope and has a total of 4 floors. For your comfort and privacy, floors 1 to 3 are exclusively available. I live in the basement (-1st floor), in a completely separate apartment with its own entrance and access to the garden, where our canine companions also roam. Your rented space is completely private, secure and separate from my apartment. I want to assure you that your privacy is my priority. But I will also be happy to help or advise you if you need anything. As a native Prague resident, I'll be happy to advise you on anything about your stay and recommend the best places Prague has to offer. Other things to note To ensure your comfort and a smooth arrival, please indicate the exact number of guests at the time of booking. This allows us to prepare the correct quantities of bed linens, towels, and other essentials. Events, commercial photography, or filming on the property are not permitted without prior written approval. As a welcome gesture, your stay includes a complimentary arrival package featuring fresh fruit, premium coffee beans, a selection of fine teas, bottled water, and essential cooking spices. Infants (0–23 months) stay free of charge when they do not require an additional bed. The villa has a strict maximum occupancy of 16 guests. Unregistered or unpaid guests are not permitted. Parking We provide secure on-site garage parking, subject to advance reservation. Cost: CZK 1,500 per vehicle for the entire stay Capacity: up to 3 vehicles Maximum vehicle height: 2.0 meters Please reserve your parking space at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter.
