-Walking distance from MRT Nanshijiao station. -Residential area with highly living function. -Designed apartment with loft vibes. The space We gave this ordinary apartment built in 1975 a fully renovation into a cozy, loft style space. As a host, I believe to welcome guests personally is indispensable. On top of that, based on my hotel and BnB experiences, we keep our space tidy and clean when guests coming. I was as well born and raised in Taipei, love to provide infos to our guests from my local perspective. Stay for awhile, travel like locals. -Host, Jerry- Guest access We are a flat in an apartment, with two private room and common area(front / rare balcony, living room, bathroom and pantry). Guests may access the room they book and whole common area. Other things to note 1. Poor soundproofed between our space and up / down stairs and external(from street) due to it’s an old apartment, please reconsider before booking if you are sensitive with noise. 2. Due to design purpose, we don't have curtain in our common area, please reconsider before booking if you are privacy-priority person. 3.
