Apartment between the port and the old quarter

I would love to welcome you to my apartment of about 70 m², close to the port of La Roche Bernard, in the old district, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and artisans. This accommodation is under the rooftops, on the top floor of a large building (with some stairs), it has a living room as well as two bedrooms. Guests can take advantage of the common courtyard, aromatic plants, armchairs and barbecue available. The space The apartment of about 70 m² is located on the top floor of a large building, under the roof. It has a large living room and two bedrooms. The sofa in the living room is convertible, but be aware that not all windows in this room have blackout curtains. The large bedroom has a double bed and closets, the smallest has a sofa bed and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with large cupboards and all the kitchenware. The shower room and toilet are accessible from the living room. In the common courtyard, you can enjoy some armchairs and garden furniture, and the barbecue. In the sun and in the shade! Guest access I advise you to park in Place de la Voûte, that is, the large free parking lot of the port. You can then easily walk around the city, the historic district with artisans such as the port are close to the accommodation. To get your luggage down, you can also park temporarily at the bottom of the Passage de la Quenelle, Route de Guérande. Other things to note I just had a pellet stove installed, I'll leave you the instructions and a few bags of pellets. Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an extra charge. A bath mat and tea towels are available.
