Private full bathroom, living room, bedroom, and access to a secluded private garden/patio. Bright, comfortable living area with big sofa, coffee and microwave, Netflix and HBO. This is an immaculate, private, comfortable, convenient space in an historic townhouse in the center of Albany. There is plentiful natural light in this clean, bright suite. In the living room, a couch, large coffee table and TV for relaxing; coffemaker, mini fridge, and microwave in a nook. The bedroom is quiet and soothing, with plentiful custom closet space, light, a private bathroom and doorway to the garden. Private entrance to the suite through a lockbox. We've lived in this neighborhood for some time and are happy to make suggestions on getting around, getting things done, and enjoying Albany. This neighorhood is a village of all kinds of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques and night life. It's 2 blocks from Washington Park - great for a jog - and 2 blocks from the State Capitol, Legislative Office Building and Empire State Plaza. Charming and colorful - but our street is quiet. Numerous bus lines have stops within 2 blocks, including buses that go to Amtrak. Numerous bike share stations and Capital Car Share statons within a few blocks. Downtown Albany - Convention Center, Times Union Center, Bar Association, State Education, SUNY Central - within walking distance. Rideshare services are also available. Parking is on-street but there are lots nearby.
