Tournesol - farmhouse full of charm

2*Tournesol is one of 3 stone farmhouse gites set on a renovated Corps de Ferme. It is situated in a peaceful little hamlet with stunning views. The gite is independent with its own terace and shares grounds and large pool with the other gites. The space Tournesol is a lovely rustic old farmhouse on our shared holiday site. We are perched high above the Viaur Valley in a quiet little hamlet in SW France. It is the perfect 'getaway' place where you can just relax and enjoy being out in the countryside. Good road links mean you can be in Rodez, Albi and Toulouse quickly if you need a bit of excitement, culture or shopping sprees now and then. The house has been totally renovated but we have tried to keep as many features of the original property as possible. The house is surprisingly spacious with a lovely big kitchen - every cooking gadget you can think of and the all important dishwasher. The comfy lounge offers Sat TV, DVD and books galore. There is a master bedroom and a spacious triple room which offers flexible sleeping arrangements. You have your own patio/BBQ area and a great pool to use in the summer months. With loads of waymarked walks straight from the property it is ideal for country lovers of all ages. We have some beautiful bastide villages close to us and there is always a fête or market on close - by to give you that real french feel.
