The Vermonter, Colchester, VT

Lakeshore VT has its own private sandy beach and dock. Spectacular views of Lake Champlain and Green Mt. Lakeshore is for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends. Walking distance to Bayside Park with tennis, volleyball, bike paths, playground for children. The Vermonter has 1 king bed. Can be rented for a month, a week or weekend. The space The Vermont is a 1000sq.ft suite with spectacular views of Lake Champlain in Colchester, Vermont. This suite has a king size bed. Full kitchen with all items that would be found in a traditional kitchen. The Vermonter has a fireplace. There is a large soaking bath tub, large windows, this suite has lake side porch area with patio furniture. The Vermonter has new stainless steel kitchen appliances including a gas range. Lakeshore Vermont was just completed July 2016. Guest access There are three separate suites each has their own entrance with a key pads door lock. The code will be given to guests when the arrive and will be changed when the leave. Other things to note There is a dock included for guests, if you have a boat there are four moorings too.
