La Belle Plage 2- Torre de la Horadada - a small community on the beach - Nice apartment on the 1st floor with a unique location on the first line (50m) from the amazing beach "Playa las villas" (Las Higuericas) in Torre de la Horadada (20 min) south of Torrevieja. The beach is several kilometers long. It is shallow, has rental of sun loungers and parasols. There are several water activities, beach bars and restaurants. Very child-friendly. You can walk along the beach and into the center of Torre in 15 min. The space In Torre you will find a very cozy Marina with ice cream and lunch bars where you can sit and look out over the sea and the boats. In the square just inside there are several restaurants, bars, some shops, bakery, etc. A very quiet and cozy little Spanish gem. If you want a lot of speed and excitement, disco and nightclubs, Torrevieja is only 20 min by car/taxi. The apartment is in a quiet area with only low-rise buildings, no hotels and not much traffic. Ideal for walking and cycling as it is relatively flat. Southwards you can go down to La Manga and northwards there are many cozy towns such as Mil Palmeras, Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima and further up to Torrevieja. From the terrace in front of the apartment you can sit and enjoy the view over the sea and if you are up early, a fantastic sunrise. We have recliner chairs for an after beach drink and good rattan chairs with long tables where you can sit well for dinner. On the other side of the apartment is the common area with swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub and sunbeds. There are 20 apartments in the condominium that share these facilities. Completed in 2018. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is on one level with hallway, storage room, laundry room, kitchen, living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and bathroom right outside the door. Both bathrooms have shower and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa that can be turned into a double sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and beautifully decorated. Parking in private basement under the facility. There are several in Pilar which is 3 min by car. There are also several other shops, banks, restaurants, Burger King, etc. If you have a car, there are also many amusement parks that are worth a visit. The most famous is Terra Mitica, a huge amusement park about an hour's drive down to Benidorm: see link If you want to go shopping, Zenia Boulevard shopping center is 15 minutes away by car. The center has many shops for every taste, many restaurants and a square with entertainment.
