Private 1 bedroom annexe with stunning river views

Light and airy self-contained annexe with stunning views of the River Arun from the bedroom. Attached to our family home but with your own entrance and off-road parking. You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee. The space The main living area has an open plan kitchen/dinner/sitting room French doors opening out to the front. The bedroom and shower room are upstairs. Other things to note We can’t get terrestrial tv in the annexe but the tv is logged into our Netflix, Amazon Prime and iPlayer accounts which you’re welcome to use (just please don’t purchase anything!). Whilst we leave the drive empty for you to park in, we do still need access across the drive sometimes for deliveries. The main garden is private family space.
