The accommodation is obtained from the renovation of the PAJARA (typical stone building) of the Masseria Gianferrante, where cheese was once matured. It is located on the ground floor in a secluded corner of the Masseria's garden. It consists of a room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, and a pergola for exclusive use with table, chairs and deckchairs. There is a BIOLAGO. We sell fresh and processed ORGANIC products of our own production (extra virgin olive oil, jams, pickled oil, tomato puree), we are a certified ORGANIC FARM. Cleaning, change of sheets and towels every 7 days. There is a permanent art exhibition in the Masseria. Guest access The entire MASSERIA is surrounded by a garden designed by a leading Italian landscape architect. Guests can therefore access the BIOLAGO, the garden of elements (flowers and plants), the vegetable garden, the citrus grove, the orchard and the stable, all surrounded by dry-stone walls. Possibility of purchasing fresh produce from the garden and typical products processed on the farm (MONOVARIETALE extra-virgin olive oil, tomato puree, dried tomatoes, jams, etc.) all organic.
