Step into a beautifully restored 1880s mansion in the heart of Muskegon’s Lakeside neighborhood. Spacious, charming, and walkable, this home blends historic character with modern comfort. Perfect for couples seeking space, charm, & an unbeatable location The space The main level has a full kitchen with a coffee bar, a 20 x 16 family room, a living room and a 1/2 bath. The guests have 2 private entrances and use of the fenced backyard. Yard includes a covered patio and 3 decks overlooking Muskegon Lake. Upstairs is where you’ll find your bedroom and a full bath. ** 1 owner does live on site in another section of the house with their own entrance - completely separate. Guest access Front door near garage (Key code) Back door to yard During your stay You won’t see the host unless you want to. Will be happy to give area information If requested. Other things to note **Again, there is 1 owner living in the former staff quarters that parks in the street. The backyard is fenced and private. In the warmer seasons, we rent the entire house to larger groups. The 4 rooms that are locked upstairs are the bedrooms and the third bathroom for those seasons. They are unavailable for this listing but can be requested at an additional fee if you’d like more people to stay during your visit.
