Cosmetic updates in July of 2025! Just one mile to historic downtown Breckenridge, our 550 square foot, two bedroom/one bath sleeps 4. The free Summit Stage ski bus stops in front of the complex and runs every 15 minutes during ski season allowing for easy and convenient access to the slopes for skiing/biking/hiking. Keystone, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Vail are all within driving distance. Come enjoy all that Summit County has to offer. The space ***If you are here to party, please do not book this condo. Quiet hours for the building and for the county are from 10PM to 8AM and the neighbors take it VERY seriously. If you make excessive noise after hours, there is a short term rental complaint hotline that will be called, who will then call me and the police and we will all end up with fines. I am very easy going and welcoming but more importantly I want to be a good neighbor so please, please, please do not book if you cannot respect the quiet hours*** One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed with a full mattress on bottom and a twin mattress above. The condo's efficient layout also includes a large balcony with peaceful neighborhood views and there is a locked external closet for ski/board storage. Guest access Access is via keypad code which will be provided the day before via email and Airbnb app. We will not be present at all during your stay but will be accessible via phone and email. There is one free parking spot in the HOA lot for normal sized cars. Oversized utility vans/trailers are prohibited. If you need extra parking there are paid town lots, search "Breckenridge CO Town Parking" for details. Other things to note It is our ultimate goal to provide you with sparkling clean, affordable, and relaxing accommodation while you visit the mountains of Colorado. Please help us make that happen for you, all future guests, and the residents of our building by agreeing upfront to a couple of ground rules if you decide to book our condo: -As much as we love our furry friends, we have a strict NO PETS policy in the unit. The HOA will fine us for breaking the rule and you will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. -Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM and this is a quiet building. We enjoy a couple cocktails but if you are going to really go for it, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and we’ll tell you which ones are the best ;) just please don’t bring the party home. -Please treat the condo as if it were your own and leave it in reasonable condition when you depart. If there are excessive cleaning fees, ie if our cleaners find dog hair or beer cans spilled all over the floor, we will pass that cost on to you. -Enjoy your stay, we are truly here to make it as pleasant as possible so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
