The space The apartment is uniquely presented and full of joy. You are sure to love the incredible sea views from the living room and wherever you sit you can see a different aspect of the bay. Spacious quiet bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a luxurious super king size bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bed room and large family bathroom. Preston beach has won the 2025 prestigious Blue flag award for cleanliness and environmental excellence. Guest access The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. Your private parking space is situated at the rear of the building with level and ramped access to the main entrance right in front of you. Should you need 2 spaces, we can provide another for free. A lift to the first floor apartment is just inside the entrance if required. The whole local area is flat with ramps, long promenades, disabled beach access and acres of space for children to play. Early check-in is possible when available. Other things to note You are requesting to book only. We reserve the right to refuse guests without previous good reviews. The apartment is a registered Holiday let and guests are covered by public liability insurance. We are dedicated to complying with Fire and Safety regulations. If you smoke , do not request to book . It's not OK to smoke on the balcony or even in the car park .
