Modern bungalow with very large wooden terrace located at the bottom of the garden away from civilization. A space is provided to park your vehicle and a cart will allow you to transport your belongings because you will need to cross the garden about fifty meters to reach the bungalow. The 25 m2 wooden terrace is enclosed by balustrades and a sliding gate that allows you to keep children safe from the pool, which is about thirty meters away, or to be able to leave your dog outside without it wandering all over the garden. It is partly covered to protect from sun and rain. Tables, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for outdoor dining on sunny days. 2 deckchairs also for sunny days for relaxation or reading on the terrace, in the shade or in the sun. Bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. The accommodation is simple but comfortable. Bring your linens and towels as linens are not included. Possibility to rent upon request at time of booking (€5/person for the stay). Possibility to do laundry (€5, to be requested during stay because the machine is at the owners') The accommodation is non-smoking. For children (and older ones too), the garden is equipped with a large trampoline to let off steam and have fun in the great outdoors, a basketball hoop and a play area with slide and swings (for children under 11 years old). The large garden also allows you to play football or simply frolic. It can be rented at any time of year, as it is heated, insulated and totally independent of the owners' home. A path allows you to go to Montrond-Les-Bains 2 km away safely, on foot or by bike, avoiding roads and major routes. Bike room available, secure and with electrical connection for cyclists. The accommodation is perfectly suited to families, spa guests wishing to be quiet, as well as people on business trips not wishing to go to an impersonal hotel and be forced to eat at the restaurant morning noon and night since the accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen. Basic products, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dish towel and paper towel are available in the kitchen.
