Perfect for a couple or small family, with 2 bedrooms, industrial & pop decor, terrace, plancha, deckchairs… and an adorable dwarf goat named Caline 🐐. Calm, nature, vineyards and comfort are available for a relaxing stay in the heart of Graves The space Our contemporary house, built in 2015, offers you a beautiful bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A cellar is available on request, with washing machine, dryer and freezer (1 freezer compartment – no freezer in the kitchen). It includes: • 2 comfortable bedrooms • 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink • 2 separate toilets ⚠️ Sheets and towels are not provided. Essentials available. ⚠️ No Wi-Fi. 🧽 Please note: The €30 "cleaning fee" only covers everyday products (toilet paper, paper towels, household products, etc.). The cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant before their departure. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for the personal office and a bedroom that remain closed during the stay. You can freely enjoy the living room, the 2 bedrooms available, the bathroom, the terrace and the large wooded garden with outdoor furniture, plancha and barbecue. The cellar (with washing machine, dryer and freezer) is available on request. Easy parking in front of the house or on the property. Other things to note • No Wi-Fi available in the property. • Non-smoking house. • Pets not allowed unless by prior arrangement. 🐐 We have a little dwarf goat, Câline, who loves your scraps! 🐱 A cat, Buddy, very cuddly, will be delighted with your attention morning and evening. • Linens and towels not provided (remember to bring them). • The €30 cleaning fee covers only consumables (household products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). 👉 Cleaning is to be done before departure.
