You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the light, the privacy, the outdoors space, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). The space Our recently built large warm and modern family home is situated on a tree lined acre with expansive ponds. It has a private with a rural feel and is centrally placed between Queenstown and Arrowtown!! You really will be spoilt for choice!! Enjoy the spectacular views.... the house is set amongst mature trees with unobstructed iconic views of Remarkables Mountains and Coronet peak. Large open plan kitchen and lounge, firepit and BBQ for indoor and outdoor living. Our four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home will comfortably sleep two families (7 beds, plus cots available) in four separate wings. One wing houses the master bedroom with ensuite. The second wing houses the kitchen and living with gas Fire place. While the third wing has a powder room and separate bathroom, a Queen bedroom. A childrens bedroom with four single bunk beds a lounge, tv and kids area. The forth wing is a Queen sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom. it is very private, perfect for grandparents or a couple. Under floor heating thoughout the house. Showers for multiple people are never an issue with instant gas hot water. Seperate laundry and dryer cupboard with a build drying room for skiing! The Hot Tub/Spa Pool, seating 6 people, sits off the kitchen and enjoys the impressive views of Coronet Peak. Relax with outdoor music that can be connect to your smart phone. Guest access Full access to the house and garage, walk in wardrobes, Indoor and outdoor dining areas, with gas hob/oven and outdoor gas BBQ. An acre of grass for throwing a Frisbee, kicking a ball and an old school trampoline. Other things to note 10mins from the airport and main shopping centre Remarkables Park, and 15mins from Central Queenstown, and Arrowtown for all the main tourist attractions.
