The space Wiggins River Retreat Cabin #5 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin that sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 Queen size beds.  The River Retreat Cabin is located steps away from the river and offers guests quick access to the river and close proximity to the downtown area for restaurants, shopping, and the Red River Ski Area.   Wiggins River Retreat Cabin offers guests a well-appointed kitchen and is both handicap friendly and pet friendly. This property accepts two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at the time of check in. Wiggins River Retreat Cabin has a firestick for streaming. There are DVD players in the property and a selection of movies at the property for your use. This property is perfect for those that work remotely because it has high speed wifi. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.
