This Spanish style Villa is located near Collioure, set in 5000m2 of secluded gardens with a magnificent salt water pool (5x 10m) Your spacious room has an ensuite bathroom withbath and shower The view from your balcony is stunnig. You can even see the sea. this 2 persons bedroom has 1 double (queen) bed and 1 single bed Bedlinen and towels are provided The space If you want to stay and relax at the villa, you'll will find everything you need. A large garden to play badminton, table tennis or footbal. shady area's to relax, read a book or stay in the pool and get a nice suntan Your room has: Airconditioning heating tv (French channels) WIFI coffee and thea facilitie We strongly advise you to come by car. There's no safe walking path from the house to Racou beach, the port or the shops. Our house is difficult te reach by public transport after 7 pm Guest access Our guests have exces to the pool, the garden, the large reception tent with fridge/freezer and micro-wave and of course the large parking During low season the pool and outdoor kitchen will be closed and all the outdoor equipment is stocked for the winter. But you will be able to use the breakfast area on the first floor where you can find a fridge and micro wave. During your stay We live in the villa on the first floor. We will be there serving breakfast, looking after the pool and the garden. We love to share this special part of the world with you and we know the area very well so please let us know if you have any questions. Other things to note * The price for the room includes breakfast we serve breakfast between 8-10 am outside on the terrace, in our heated party tent or in the villa depending the weater conditions * Villa Côte Vermeille is a non smoking villa.
