Enjoy golden Byron Bay days in this beautiful, fully air-conditioned home in the heart of Byron. Located a perfect short walk to beach & town, the house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Located within minutes walk of the Byron Bay township, main beach and Belongil Beach. In just moments of leaving the front gate you can be surfing the wreck, relaxing on the beach or enjoying the Byron town vibes. Canopy I & Canopy II can be rented together sleeping up to 12 people. The space The architect designed home is set over three levels. The ground floor has an expansive undercover area that overlooks the native tropical garden with an outdoor shower. The gorgeous garden is perfect for children to play securely. There is a large laundry with ample area for storing surfboards and your beach equipment. The living room is located on the first floor and is accessed via a beautiful floating timber and glass stair case. The living room is open plan with two decks and is air-conditioned. The comfy linen lounge is a great spot to enjoy our complimentary Netflix. Wi-Fi is also included! A beautiful spot to enjoy the morning sun is on the cane daybed, a great spot to curl up with a book and relax. The main deck has a gorgeous cane hanging chair and Webber BBQ it is located off the well equipped contemporary kitchen and dinning room. The second floor has three well appointed bedrooms each with reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter! The bedrooms have high ceilings and ceiling fans. Consisting of a king bedroom with its own private balcony, a queen bedroom and the third bedroom has two single beds which can come together to form a king bed on request. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a lovely reading / games area on the bedroom level , with a light filled void that overlooks the kitchen and dining areas. A spacious beautiful bathroom with rain shower and free standing bath services the bedroom floor. There is plenty of on street parking as well as off street parking for one car. The yard is fully fenced private and secure and perfect for Children or fur babies to play securely. Due to no cleaning staff available we can't take reservations arriving/ departing on these dates. If you are uncertain please send a message and we will let you know if we can take the booking. Schoolies: Because of specific terms and condition and cancellation policies, we don’t take schoolies or school leaver bookings through Airbnb. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Fully air conditioned on both levels and in each bedroom. We have a coffee machine so get your early morning fix while sanding on the balcony listening to the birdsongs from the nearby bushland. Also on the balcony is a Weber BBQ, cook your dinner while enjoying the gorgeous sunset view up to the hinterlands. Find a private spot in the native tropical garden and enjoy some quiet time. We also have Canopy II an adjoining property which can be booked together with Canopy I. The properties have shared internal gates that can be opened to allow guest to move freely between each space.
