Villa Regina is a large, bright villa with a large garden and private pool with spectacular sea views and air conditioning. The space The residential complex of this villa is called Punta su Torrioni and is located on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the Pelosa beach, and is surrounded by tahe unspoilt nature of the Mediterranean. For our guests we have 2 private parking places. The villa is decorated in traditional Sardinian style and the combination with the surrounding nature, between the green trees and the turquoise sea, makes it unique. The villa is equipped with a newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. From the large living room with large windows you can access the covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea and continue to the pool. The living room surrounded by the lush garden is perfect for outdoor dining with an extraordinary view. From the house within a radius of 3-4 km you can reach many coves of incomparable beauty. The jagged coastline of the Stintino peninsula is full of inlets with an alternation of coves on one side and beaches on the other side, the former are still unspoilt and of unparalleled beauty. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children in the sofa bed in the living room. If desired we can add an extra bed in the bedroom for a child. The accommodation is perfect for young people, large families with children and seniors. The villa consists of two floors, divided into living and sleeping area, a large living room with windows facing the sea and the pool with living room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower over the tub).
