Recently renovated with care and offering magnificent views of the mountains facing south. Not overlooked, no busy road in front of the view...you will be seduced by the exposure of the terrace! Ideally located to discover the neighboring massifs (Aravis, Saisies) or enjoy the charms of the villages of Val d'Arly; Praz, Flumet... A stone's throw from the activities of Megève and Combloux or Annecy and Chamonix located less than an hour's drive away. NEW THIS SUMMER: SWIMMING POOL IN PRAZ and tree climbing! Guest access Through Salllanches to the north or Ugine to the south, you can easily access the Val d'Arly. Praz is 5 minutes from Megève, 25 minutes from Sallanches and St Gervais, 1 hour from Geneva and 2 hours from Lyon. Lake Annecy is accessible in 45 minutes (Doussard). This is a private apartment, as well as a ski locker and free parking, is provided in front of the residence. Other things to note We love to stay in Praz, summer and winter. Val d'Arly was a favorite for us 5 years ago. We wanted to make this apartment comfortable for our family stays and take personal care of its maintenance. We don't provide linens or towels.
