Noel Cottage “A romantic quirky little gem”

Why not treat yourself… Welcome to ‘ Noel Cottage’ - a beautiful little quirky c18th century cottage with many original period features in the heart of picturesque Rye. The space On arrival you will be welcomed with complimentary Teas and other drinks as a token of my appreciation. The narrow quirky old staircase takes you to a romantic bedroom where you can relax and enjoy the comfort of the king sized bed, for those cosy romantic mornings snuggled up or evenings watching a movie on Netflix or Amazon TV in bed, or take a soak in the cosy bath tub to enjoy with the complimentary shower/ bath / soaps available. For those real coffee lovers … enjoy that early morning coffee with your own Smeg Coffee Machine, (complimentary ground coffee available and an instruction manual) that lets you enjoy an authentic espresso, cappuccino, latte to start off the day, to enjoy in your own private outdoor space before exploring the beautiful antiques shops, cafes, pubs , restaurants and places of interest that Rye has to offer. You will have available to you a few complementaries to welcome you - tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and cleaning materials, even an umbrella for those wet days and extra blankets to keep warm should you need ( in the large F&M basket in the lounge). For those cosy nights in the lounge, you can snuggle up and enjoy a movie or listen to music with a bottle of wine. All bed linen and towels are provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival, but please bring your own beach towels. Staying alittle longer …? I got you covered!! Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, WiFi, sofa bed. Please note: 3 guests means one couple and a child (no extra cost). If an extra adult would like to stay then there is the extra £19 charge per night. It’s with great regret Noel Cottage is no longer suitable to accommodate pets due to house rules around pets which were not being respected. Noel Cottage is a perfect retreat for short / long comfortable stay to explore Rye, close to Jempsons local supermarket for those handy treats. The cottage is within walking distance from the train station and just minutes away from some of Rye's most loved pubs and restaurants. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note Complimentary indoor footwear have been provided - please do not wear outdoor footwear in the cottage. Drop off - you may wish to park outside the cottage to offload, (this will be limited as there are double yellow lines) before parking in the car park. Please note - the lounge window is secured shut for your saftey due to its location with passers by/ road traffic, please do not try to open.
