Sunset Sands on Lake Nebagamon
Sunset Sands on Lake Nebagamon
Description
🌅 Welcome to Sunset Sands on Lake Nebagamon Sunset Sands sits feet from Lake Nebagamon with private shore access, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards in the months of June to October. Warm up by the wood-burning fireplace inside or gather around the outdoor fire pit under the stars. The outdoor fire pit is only accessible from May-November. Summer is for the lake. Fall brings the colors. Winter is fireplace season. A four-season escape built for slowing down. The space This lakeside house is built for getting outdoors — and just as good at keeping you comfortable inside. On the Water & Outside: Four canoes, two kayaks, and two paddleboards are yours to use June-mid October. Grab one and go — the lake is steps from your door. The driveway handles boats and UTV trailers with room to spare, and you're close to trailheads for snowmobiling and ATVs. Inside the House: The wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room with a 65" TV ready to stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, on your own accounts of course. Four bedrooms sleep up to eight — a king, a queen, a full-over-full bunk, and a twin room upstairs with lake views. Two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Self check-in via keypad — show up on your schedule. Guest access The entire house is yours — all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, and the living areas. Outside, you have full access to the lakefront, the fire pit, the deck, and all watercraft (canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and life jackets). The driveway and parking area are yours as well. Self check-in via keypad means you come and go as you please. Other things to note Seasonal Lake Access: Lake Nebagamon typically freezes in December and stays frozen until mid-April. Canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards are available once the ice is out — please don't plan on water activities before then. Winter Driveway & Snow: We plow the driveway and shovel to the front door. The back deck and fire pit are not cleared during winter — you're welcome to shovel them yourself if you'd like. The gravel driveway requires a snow base early and late in the season, so it may look snow-packed rather than bare. Dogs Welcome, Leash Required: We love hosting dogs, but all pets must be leashed while outdoors. We have year-round neighbors nearby with small dogs and chickens — please help us keep the peace so we can continue welcoming furry guests.
