Beautiful Family apartment in Stockholm City

Our charming 46 SQM-family apartment is located in a quiet area between the Old Town and the vibrant Södermalm. The apartments offer Wi-Fi, cable TV and a kitchenettes. You live just a minute from restaurants, shops and public transport. The units are located in a building from the 1650s and has high ceilings and lovely stucco. There are also a big dining table for six, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Please note: All units are designed to be identical and offer the same amenities. The space The apartment is spacious with an open floor plan; please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the adjacent room. It is located on the bottom floor and is exclusively for you as a guest. The apartment is well-planned and features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table with chairs, and a modernly tiled bathroom with a shower. There are also comfortable and exclusive Hästens beds: the first bedroom has a 140 cm-wide bed, the other bedroom has a 105 cm-wide bed, and there is also a 140 cm-wide sofa bed in the living room. Note: This is an open floor plan with no doors separating the rooms. There is a shared laundry room in the building. Other things to note Terms and Conditions 1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2. Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. The cancellation policy adheres to the rate selected at the time of booking, which may be either flexible or non-refundable. Any cancellations, modifications, or no-shows will be subject to the terms of the booking rate. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties. 10. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to refrain from wearing shoes inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
