The space The GÎTE DU MISFON is first of all: - a main house with 3 bedrooms consisting of double beds (not separable), 1 bathroom/shower, toilet, 1 living/dining room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 fireplace, 1 outdoor terrace. - an annex building a few steps from the house with 3 bedrooms each with a private shower room. But it is also a superb private park of 5 hectares, a pond with secure access, a heated and secure swimming pool (15 meters long), private parking, an inflatable spa with 6 places available on request and at an additional cost. Information: - Site systematically privatized (no other tenants during your stay) - No pets allowed - Parking on the property (outdoor parking) - Housekeeping service available upon request, optional - Please note: bed linen provided, but towels optional upon request. Our cottage is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. Guest access A few steps from the village center, where there is a small supermarket serving as a grocery store, bar, tobacco shop, newspaper shop, post office, bread shop. Also a hairdresser. Bus: stop located in Bazouges sur le Loir, Place de la Mairie (4-minute drive). Line 402 Angers - Seiches - La Flèche, going to La Flèche Zoo. Other things to note We will be vigilant about the cleanliness of the cottage when you leave: garbage cans emptied (including in the bathrooms), tidy accommodation, beds undone and dirty linen grouped, clean dishes, bathrooms and toilets without heavy soiling, cleaned floor (vacuum cleaner and mop).
