Park View Jesmond (en-suite).

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am. The space This room overlooks the garden and the park beyond, so it's very green and leafy. It's a very quiet street and the house is all double glazed. This upstairs room has an en suite with shower. We also list another room "Garden View"which is downstairs and more self contained, and "Peace & Quiet" our smallest room. Completely rebuilt in 2016, the house has won two awards for our builder. From the outside it looks like a little lodge, but is very bright and airy inside. We love living here, and we hope you will enjoy staying! Guest access We have two en suite bedrooms for guests, and a smaller room, not ensuite but with a private bathroom. Our offer is bed and breakfast served in our main living area downstairs. Park View has a balcony overlooking the garden. We have a parking permit for guest use and an off road space (sometimes our 3rd lot of guests have to find their own parking!) Breakfast includes Twinings teas, Lavazza coffee, yogurt, fruit, muesli and other cereals and toast available till10am. Use of the kitchen is restricted to breakfast, as it is part of our main living area. During your stay We live here, so you can interact as much or as little as you like.We are always available if you need local info or advice about restaurants or shops or events. Access to the kitchen is limited to breakfast time as it is our main living area. Other things to note We don't allow smoking or vaping anywhere in the house or garden. We have a cat. He is not allowed upstairs and has his own accommodation where he is secured at night. We also have a burglar alarm and cctv. Our floors are not stiletto friendly so although we don’t have a shoes off rule, high heels and kitten heels have to be left in the porch. Also the floors can be noisy so if you are coming in late, shoes off is a good idea!
