My place is next to Putrajaya lake. You’ll love my place because of the direct lake view. This is the best location unit at Cyber Heights Villa. Its located at the first floor and you will have a parking space just next to the entrance. Easily accessible from KLIA airport with ERL. Perfect location to explore Cyberjaya Technology Hub and Putrajaya. At times there are major events at the lake such as Hot Air Balloons and Red Bull Airshows! - WIFI with Apple TV (can subscribe to Netflix) The space This is a premium location right infront of the Putrajaya Lake. This lake connects to the Prime Minister Office and other landmarks in Putrajaya. Other things to note - No pets allowed in the apartment - No smoking inside the apartment - Party is not allowed - No shoes in the apartment - Light cooking is allowed - Please leave the apartment clean & tidy - Please switch off the lights / air condition and turn off water tap when not in use (or if you're going out). Save the earth. Special request: Since our apartment is open for muslim and non-muslim guests, we really appreciate for non-muslim guests not to bring in any alcohol beverages and any non-halal food (pork or any food associated to it) into the house including cooking as a respect to the muslim guests.
