Bush setting with easy walk to beaches

A lovely private airy space to relax and enjoy a few days on the south coast. The private outdoor area has a bush view with kangaroos regularly visiting the yard. The beaches are a short walk or drive. Relax with the best of both beach and bush. The space The accommodation is a separate self-contained living area beneath the house. The house is not occupied for 8 months of the year, but is maintained by a property manager. There is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, separate toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a convection/microwave, electric fry pan and double hot plate for use. The general living area is spacious with TV/DVD. There is an outdoor entertaining area including an outdoor oven, overlooking the bush setting. This area is for the use of guests. Guest access Guests need to park on the lawn in front of the house and walk down the path between the house and garage to the guest accommodation downstairs. The entire area is single level, it has its own private entrance , it has its own external access and does not have internal stairs. It is a very quiet space with a huge gum tree in the backyard, kangaroos and birds can be enjoyed from the backyard that borders the national park. Other things to note There is a new queen size bed that will assure a very comfortable stay. There is also an iron that is stored in the TV cabinet. There is no access to the laundry. Laundry facilities can be found down the road at the Dalmeny camp ground. Registration Details PID-STRA-2223
