A spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large dinning table with ample room for 4 complete the upstairs living space. The large top deck holds the very private hot tub, outdoor dining and seating for 4 and an electric grill to cook your favorite meal. But wait! walk down the circular stairs into the game room or walk to the lower deck and enter the game room through the fully screened porch. That is where you will find the slot machine, darts, a classic 60 arcade game, a Miss Pacman arcade game, a comfy couch to wait your turn, a large Roku tv and a electric wall mount fireplace Also on this lower level is the washer and dryer. Of course the porch has comfortable seating to enjoy those lazy days where all you want is a comfy chair and a good book. Linens, towels including large hot tub towels are included. While we will attempt to correct all issues as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made for mechanical failures of hot tub, appliances/electronics, or interruption/loss of utilities (including satellite TV), etc. Authorized repairmen have the right to enter the property to accomplish needed repairs even if the service call was made prior to your arrival.
