It is not secluded or private and guests should expect some activity. Access to shared resort amenities across 100 scenic acres. Guests share common areas such as hiking trails, fishing pond/beach, playground and sand volleyball. Other things to note Parking for the Clubhouse Cabin is shared with the housekeeping garage area. Please check out the property map for additional details on the cabin location. Guests can expect our team members to be in and out of the garage area throughout the day. We kindly ask that guests park their vehicles close to the Clubhouse cabin to allow access for our team. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests must complete the pre-check-in in full before receiving cabin access information. This process includes: • Providing a valid photo ID that matches the reservation name • Reviewing and signing off on the terms and conditions The provided address will direct you to the property’s main entrance. To reach your lodging accommodations, guests must use the provided directions, access details, and property map included in their arrival information. This information is sent via email three days prior to arrival, provided the pre-check-in is complete. For reservations made within three days of arrival, the arrival letter will be issued upon completion of the pre-check-in. Activities not permitted: No smoking or vaping of any substance (i.e. tobacco, weed, etc.) in or near the home. If remanence of smoking is found at the property (i.e. cigarette butts, smoke smell, burns, etc), there will be an automatic fee filed. No Illegal activities (i.e. companions of the night, illegal drugs, underage drinking.) Professional photography or filming is not allowed. There is a $350 minimum fee if any of these items are violated. (Not) Moving Furniture: Please leave the furniture in its’ existing location. Some are attached to the wall for safety, some will scratch the floor, some are more delicate or heavy than they appear. It’s not within our housekeeping team's ability to move the furniture back to its original location, a $175 fee may apply for having to move it back. This is subject to more, if additional help is required to return the furniture back to its original place. Guests under 21 may be required to remit a refundable security deposit.
