Big room near the city center

Large sunny room for 1 or 2 people in a family house, in a quieter part of Brno, close to the center and BVV. The room can be locked. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building (16 stairs) The interior is equipped including WiFi. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Parking in front of the house or on the street is charged. There are restaurants, shops and a gym nearby. Minimum reservation 1 night, maximum 30 days. The space Easy access from the highway. Nearby is a business center, gym and good restaurants (all within 10 minutes walk). The center of Brno is also a 10-minute tram ride away. Guest access The apartment has a bathroom with tub (toilet is separate). The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is available (fridge, stove, kettle, atd) During your stay I give guests space, but I'm available if needed. Throughout your stay, there is the possibility of communicating with me using a translator.
