Our cozy room in the basement is located in a quiet and good neighborhood in Central Toronto. Few minutes walk to Wilson Subway, bus stop, grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, banks and 7 minutes drive to Yorkdale Mall!!! The space China is a very cozy room with a decent size closet and a nice desk. Free wifi shared bathroom and a very functional furnished kitchen. Guest access Living Area: Living room is shared, and must be shared properly among guest/s. Kitchen: Contemporary gourmet kitchen complete with Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, Stove and white quartz counter tops. Fully stocked with dishes, kettle, pots, pans. Please CLEAN after your mess as a courtesy to the next guest using the kitchen after you. Bathroom: May be shared with 2 guests. Laundry time is on weekends between 11am to 9pm or on week nights from 7pm to 10pm you are allowed a maximum of 2 loads each week. I am exempted with this since my cleaning time varies. During your stay I am adaptive and flexible with my interaction with guests. If you are looking for total privacy during your stay, I am more than willing to provide that to you. On the other hand, if you are looking for more interaction with a property host, I would be happy to recommend things to do, places to eat and places to visit in the area Other things to note The price listed for the room is for one guest only, $20/guest per night additional (Maximum 2 guests). No guest/s outside Airbnb is allowed .Check in and check out time is very flexible, just let me know in advance when you are planning to arrive and depart. No guest OUTSIDE Airbnb allowed. For everyone's comfort quiet time starts at 10pm to 10 am as a courtesy to other guests who goes to bed early and an opportunity to sleep in a bit. An additional note parking is limited please confirm it there is available spot before booking. and i am not liable for any damages on your car while it is parked in my premises. Complimentary self serve breakfast are provided for few days a week. Laundry and laundry supplies are free, please adhere to laundry time in return.
