Live like a local in a super cosy 3-bedroom house! With 5 minute walking to the subway line 1 and being near universities, it is a convenient location with many interesting shops restaurants cafe nearby. Also, you can enjoy hiking bicycling or other activities. This bright room is directly connected to a small garden/yard area - a good place to relax after a long day. Guests staying 5-6 months are given priority to reserve! The space The room is good for one person or can fit up to two people. It has a double bed, desk/chair, closet, drawer/shelves and good ambient lights. The house is shared with two or three other housemates. You will share bathroom, living room and kitchen with other guest or host. Discount applied for monthly stay. Super fast internet. Guest access You can freely use kitchen, living room and garden. There is a communal table in the living room for working eating and socializing. The house is cleaned with disinfectant regularly. During your stay For any help and information, the host is available 24/7. All guests are usually long term which makes the atmosphere more interactive and comfortable. Sometimes we set up a gathering for eating or some activities. At most other times, the house will be a quiet place for relaxing. This all depends on how guests want to spend their time in the house. Also, we will provide lots of ideas on what to do around the area and in Seoul - travel tips, where to enjoy/eat, meeting new people, etc. Other things to note No outside guest allowed. Please respect and communicate with the host and other housemates.
