Located in a small alley adjacent to the main street, you are both in the heart of the village and quiet with very little car traffic. The house is completely renovated while maintaining a typical side of small fishermen's houses. Saint Jacut de la Mer is ideally located to discover the Emerald Coast and the Penthièvre Coast. The space In the heart of the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula, "La Calimarine" is located in the center of the village, close to shops (convenience store, restaurants, bar, newsstand, post office, tourist office, doctor, pharmacy) and beaches. Come enjoy our typical and fully equipped small house: - Equipped kitchen - Oven - Induction stove - Dishwasher - Refrigerator/freezer - Washing machine - Hi-Fi system/DVD - TV - Wi-Fi internet On the ground floor: The living room, kitchen, bathroom (sink/shower) and toilet. Second floor: One bedroom with 140 x 190 bed (220 x 240 duvet), bathroom (toilet and sink), small terrace with garden furniture. For baby's comfort, a baby cot, high chair and bathtub are available on request. Available in the house: books / comics, magazines, CDs, DVDs… Languages spoken: French, German and a little English. Possible activities in Saint Jacut de la Mer: - beach 200 m away - hiking (GR 34, Chemin des Douaniers, Île des Ebihens at low tide) - nautical activities (sailing school, kitesurfing, etc.) - shore fishing Nearby: Golf (Saint Cast le Guildo, Saint Briac/Dinard), horseback riding, tree climbing... Within a 25 km radius, you can also discover the Emerald Coast with Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, Dinan, medieval city, Dinard and Saint Malo, and for the more adventurous, Mont Saint Michel is an hour's drive away. the bed will be made on your arrival and 1 set of towels (hand towel, bath towel and 1 washcloth)/person will be made available. If you prefer to bring your own linens or towels, please let us know. Dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels are provided. You will find a cupboard reserved for our guests in which everyone can help themselves or leave products after their stay (salt, pepper, coffee + filter, flour, oil, sugar, pasta etc... available according to the supply of each person) Please let us know if you have any questions or require further information.
