We have done it like for ourselves. With a lovely garden to face in the morning and a pool to swim all day long, Campbell's Summer House will make your holiday unbelievably comfortable. Bar Botanik beach is five minutes walk away, famous Gradina beach is a short walk away too and the center of Chernomorets you could reach walking every evening. The 10 min.drive from Sozopol gives you a chance to enjoy fish restaurants ans famous bars or the relax under the quite see breeze on the house terrace. The space Architecturally designed, with all the amenities of a contemporary home and spectacular views towards St.Ivan Island. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious living room with high ceilings, fireplace, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven,automatic coffee machine, refrigerator freezer, ice machine) , porch with dinning-table and comfortable sofas, swimming pool, a landscaped garden and a parking area for 3 cars. The house has two floors. The first floor consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, fireplace, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a stunning view of the sea,en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. Two additional bedrooms with a sea view as well as a bathroom. Outside there is a barbecue seating area and a large dining table accessed from the first floor with a view of the sea, and a pool. The pool can be used from June to the end of September. Bedroom 1 on the first floor has 2 single beds size 90/200. The bathroom is next to it. Bedroom 2 on the second floor has a double bed , size 160/200. Bedroom 3 on the second floor has a king size bed 180/200 and a double bed size 140/200 . Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share one bathroom on the floor . Bedroom 4 is the Master bedroom and has en-suite bathroom and its own dressing room. In the living room there are two seating sofas (not open up sofas). A huge sunny terrace faces the sea and gives you a fabulous view tо St.Ivan Island. On the sunny terrace downstairs you can enjoy your coffee in the morning,day or evenning meals and a drink in the evening. The charcle barbeque will make your evenings unbelievable. Guest access You’ll have the house all to yourself. Other things to note The house’s maximum capacity is 10 people.To make sure your stay is comfortable , we are strict about the maximum occupancy. So, please respect our house ruse. If you book for 10 or less and you check in more then 10 people, you will be officially reported to Airbnb.
