The space Enter through a private entrance and make your way upstairs to your apartment. Newly finished, original wood floors greet you as you enter and are presented with a beautiful view of Anchor Bay. The open kitchen and living room layout gives you plenty of room to relax and plan your outings. The master bedroom sleeps 2 and has an enormous 4-poster bed with a private balcony facing the Bay. Washer and dryer are located in the unit, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine. Lower level walkthrough is part of the Lower level business. Stairs to the upper sweet are not used by the public. Your Master sweet is locked and no one will have access to the upper level during your stay. The main level is locked when not open and private access to this space is yours during those hours. The downstairs dinning area will be open on weekends and some days from 11-5. Guest access The master bedroom balcony hallway in large bathroom is private for you. This is a locked access suite. You may use the living room and kitchen at your leisure. You have full privacy in the upstairs unit from 5 PM at night until 9 AM in the morning when the tea room opens downstairs. You will possibly hear the chatter of people having tea downstairs from the living room, room and kitchen area. No one comes upstairs during your stay, but the stairway is open. During your stay Feel free to call me anytime, day or night, when you need something and I will get it done! I am only about 20 minutes away and can help you with anything you need. Tuesday through Sunday the downstairs business is open from 9 to 5 and Friday nights until 11 PM. The cocktail lounge is open. There’s always available assistance downstairs during that time outside of those hours. Feel free to call me as the owner for anything you may need. Other things to note Our Pink house Tearoom and cocktail lounge is located on the lower level is open from 9 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Sunday and Friday nights late till 11 PM. Each guest gets a $50 certificate to spend at our facility. Feel free to make reservations if you would like to come and have lunch or come on down to have cocktails.
