Chalet in Fairplay

Very quiet and secluded A frame with new addition of a large master bed and bath and year round outdoor hot tub. Starlink wifi with roku , Netflix, and other channels to sign into. Our chalet is bordering on the National forest with trails out the door and fishing ponds a short walk away. Fenced yard for pet safety. NO PET FEES. Just 10 minutes from FairPlay and 40 minutes to Breckenridge depending on traffic for world class skiing. Centrally located to rafting, biking and fishing. The space This A frame chalet with Spacious master bedroom/ ensuite with plenty of space for up to 6 people or 8 with fold out couch. Fully stocked kitchen. Starlink Wifi through out. Kids will enjoy their own room with bunk beds. The loft has a queen bed and chaise lounge and a sky light and large widows for stargazing. The master is in separate part of house with a king bed own bath and tv and seating area. We are located in a covenant controlled community at 10,000 ft with private roads, trails, fishing ponds and a private gated entrance. This is a quiet area and sound travels, so please be respectful of others. We request that all music and loud outside activitety be brought back inside between the hrs 10pm 7 am. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FIRES OF ANY KIND OR FIREWORKS For the safety of wildlife ( bears, moose, deer, etc.) and your pets, please keep your dogs leashed when exploring neighborhood and surrounding trails. Please DO NOT fly drones on the property or near our neighbors. There is a trash compactor behind the clubhouse by the antique tractor located right across from the tennis court before the front gate for all garbage. Guest access Guests have access to entire house except the garage and one locked closet. Other things to note Sound carries at night so please be respectful of others who live nearby by refraining from excessive noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
