The Old Piggery Annexe

A detached, recent garage annex conversion. The annexe is modern with fully fitted kitchen and shower room with separate attic bedroom with king size low attic bed. Perfect individuals or for couples. Virgin Broadband, cable TV and parking for 1 car is provided. Contactless self check in operated and separate living accommodation. Single nights may be available upon request. The space The annex is part of a converted detached garage and former piggery which has been done to a very good standard, and is part of a 5 bedroom detached property (main property also available for short let’s). The main area is an open plan kitchen and sitting area, the kitchen fully equipped and comprising of gas hob, fan oven, fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. Also equipped with everything required for meals in. Off of this area is a small but fully equipped shower room with towels and bathroom soaps provided. Up the stairs takes you to the open and galleried attic space with a low, attic style king size bed. Please note this area has a low ceiling height (5'7" in the centre) so may not be suitable for very tall people with bad backs. Fast Virgin broadband is provided (code is in welcome pack) as well as cable TV. As this lovely cosy space is open plan, please note that you will get standard low level background noise from the fridge freezer (and dishwasher if put on) so please be aware if you are a light sleeper. Parking for 1 car is available directly outside the door on private driveway. Guest access Self contained and whole space is for the guest. Completely self check in and contactless process. Main house also available for short let’s so could be other guests on site during your stay. Other things to note A few kind requests on your stay: -The annex is a no Smoking space. - for Safety, please drive very slowly on the drive (5mph) - this is shared with our house and our animals and children use it regularly. - the main house may well be occupied by other guests during your stay - please be mindful of this, particularly in regards to your parking. - The Annex is attached to the garage so the electric garage door may occasionally need to be opened - we keep this to a minimum, if at all, when guests are in - We live behind a Rugby club - there are occasional evening functions at weekends which stop at midnight - these do not disturb us but wanted to note so it is no surprise to guests if something is on. - Only one car to park please outside the annexe. Any further vehicles should park on the road at the end of the drive - this is unrestricted. -Before you leave, please place any dirty crockery/cutlery in the dishwasher and turn it on (tablets provided) -Please turn off all lights and close all windows, including the velux windows, when out and checking out. Please return the key to the key box and scramble the code.
