Guest access The Vacation Lifestyle Apartment is equipped with:- - Double Bed with Mattress-Blanket-Pillows with Side Tables & Lamps. - Free Wifi, Refrigerator, Air-Conditioner and Fan. - Wardrobes and Dining Table. - The room has Balcony and LCD TV. - The bathroom has Shower, Faucet, Washbasin and European (WC) Toilet. - Kitchenette is equipped with Induction Stove and Induction Utensils, Cutlery and Crockery. - Microwave Oven, Toaster, Water Purifier, Electric Kettle. - Landscape Garden, Swimming Pool and Gated Security. Other things to note Please Note: - 1) Appropriate Swim wear is mandatory to access Swimming Pool. No Demins, Kurta's, Tshirts etc will be allowed. 2) Swimming Pool time is 9 am to 6 pm. 3) Drinking, Smoking and Food not allowed inside the pool or near the pool. 4) Loud Music cannot be played in the open area, common area and swimming pool area, however music can be played by the guests in the individual rooms at level which is not disturbing other guests. 5) There will be other guest staying in the apartment rooms as well, the guest should respect their privacy. Kindly maintain silence in the common areas, this is a residential complex. 6) As a policy we don’t provide bathroom toiletries. Requesting you to carry them with you when you come. 7) Fresh towels and bedsheets will be given at the time of checkin. We change bedsheet and towels every 3 nights. Daily housekeeping is provided, the guest will have to call the housekeeper to clean the room except cleaning utensils. The housekeepers work from 10 am to 4 pm and will clean the clean in presence of the guest only. 8) The booking is 100% non-refundable, 100% non-transferable and 100% non-amendable. 9) These are apartments and not a hotel, we dont have any room service for meals, however there are many restaurants located at the entrance of the property. 10) We dont provide porter/bell boy service, the guest have to carry their own luggage to the allocated room. 11) The Uber Studio is located on the 1st floor of the property, access to the room is via stairs only, we don't have elevators. 12) There are frequent power drops and voltage fluctuations, although the power is restored by the Goa Electricity Department but at times it takes time in case of major power default. We have battery driven inverters in the room to take care of Fan and 1 light only.
