Your own toilet and shower, Kitchenette that includes bar fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, cutlery/crockery - { No oven or hotplate in the kitchenette } - . Queen bed and great views makes this self contained room perfect. Unlimited fibre optic internet, Sky tv. 15 min walk to town but far enough away from the noise. Non Smoking. There are two flights of stairs down to these units so unfortunately they are not wheelchair friendly sorry. The space This private room is separate from our main house { just down the stairs NOTE; not suitable for people who do not like stairs.. two stories down} and is 1 unit in a block of 3 units that are also tenanted with the walls being a little thin { NOTE; because of this, it's important to understand that after 10pm we ask you to refrain from the TV up loud or any noisy behaviour and that if you come home late after a night on the town please do so in the knowledge that you have neighbours in the units next to you }. Because the room is self contained with it's own en suite, kitchenette { No oven or hotplate in kitchenette} , electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, unlimited high speed fibre optic cabled wireless internet and even sky TV if you wish, you can have total privacy. Then again, if you'd like to come up to the main deck and "hang out" with us or have a chat about what's up, then that's okay too. No breakfast provided but tea and coffee supplied. Amazing views, short walk {15 mins} or $10 taxi ride to or from town makes this a close but just far enough away from the noise and hustle that sometimes frequents our beautiful town :0). Well insulated with all it's own amenities you couldn't find a better room. Normal check in time is at 3pm or later. However, if you get here quite late or if you get here and we happen to be out, then we have a self check in option . You're welcome to check yourselves in by heading down the right hand side of our house, down the brown stairs, past the washing line and then down the next set of stairs to the 3 units that are separate from the main house. Follow the white fairy lights . Yours is the 1st unit of the 3 units down there and we'll leave the key in the slide door for you. Wifi is under "Craig's Wifi" and yeknodyknow is the password. Access is gained down the right hand side of the house. Other things to note non smoking, prefer mature non partying { within reason } types.
