Welcome to our newly refurbished apartment located in the heart of the EU district. We are delighted to offer you a modern and bright space for your needs - we have a workspace with fast internet, a large bedroom downstairs, as well as a bright outdoor space for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen (including hub, oven, coffee machine & kettle) and a modern shower and toilet complete the apartment. The space The apartment is organised as followed: -groundfloor: a living room with a kitchen and shower room and a large living room. In the living room, you can access the bedroom underneath (see photos). -underneath : a bedroom with two windows for natural light with frosted glass. Guest access Guest have access to their apartment via the main entrance of the building. When you enter, you access the courtyard which leads to your apartment. We provide 24/7 access with a lockbox which contains your keys. Tenants have also access to the laundry room of the building which you can use preferably until 10pm. Other things to note FAQ answered: - we have a no pet policy, please respect this rule for other customers who are allergic to pets. - fast internet connexion. - street is very quiet. - bedroom is underground and has natural light with two windows and is well ventilated. - parking possible on our street, not for free during the day, pls look online for price we are not car owners. - washing machine and dryer are located in the common area in the building, not inside of the apartment. - the laundry room is free access and shared with 3 other apartment. - no, the laundry room is not busy, there is never any issue to clean your laundry. - we do not provide washing powder or liquid for your laundry. - The kitchen is equipped with a oven, 2 electric stoves, a kettle, a coffee machine and kitchenware. - the model of the coffee machine is Senseo. We do provide a first set of pads. - a hair dryer is available for you to use. - no dishwasher, no microwave, no TV in the apartment. - Etterbeek is located 20min away from city center. - nearest metro station is called Schuman. Nearest Tram station is Germoir - any official registration is prohibited in our residence. -for longer stays we provide a second set of bedsheets and towels if requested -for longer stays we do provide a first set of amenities (garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, kleenex…) but we ask you to refill it yourself when finished. - we can request access for technical works in the apartment, (e.g electricity, plumbing, gutters…) we can kindly ask you to let us in or our technician. We would ask your permission 24h in advance.
