Double room with TV in spacious house

Comfortable room in a four-bedroom house, close to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, which is shared with the owner and sometimes other guests (in one other room) The house has generous living space downstairs, along with a kitchen and toilet. The shared kitchen and lounge are fully equipped. The bedrooms are upstairs along with the bathroom and separate toilet. There is a large back yard as well. The house is in a residential area, on the outskirts of Aylesbury, near a large Asda supermarket. The space My house is a good sized family home and I'm offering two of the bedrooms to Airbnb guests. Guest access Guests have their own private room and can access the shared bathroom, both toilets (upstairs and downstairs), the kitchen, dining area, lounge room and back yard. During your stay I may or may not be around, but I'm always available to answer questions and help out.
