Spacious 5BR Home w/Theater Near Downtown SLC

Minutes to downtown SLC, airport & 10 ski resorts! Enjoy a private 5-bed/3-bath retreat that sleeps 16 with a movie-theater room, two kitchens and double washer-dryers. Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Bunks, 1 Futon Entertainment: 120" projector, surround sound, Apple TV & Blu-ray Convenience: free driveway parking, fast Wi-Fi, self-check-in Near: 10 min → Downtown, 15 min → Airport, 10 min → Lagoon Towels, toiletries, hair tools & basic laundry supplies provided. Reserve your stay while dates last! The space You will have private access to the space through our backyard that you can access with a code. Once inside you will immediately walk into a big theater room. We have a projector, surround sound, comfy couches, and a big love sac to snuggle up on! Hooked up to the projector you will find a Apple TV to stream from your phone or laptop, and a Blue Ray Player. You'll also find a microwave, & mini fridge to use. All of this combined makes for one epic movie night!! We have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, & hair straightener available for use in the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other two bedrooms have a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed and a futon. The first bedroom downstiars has a bunk bed, couch (w/pull-out full bed), ROKU TV, and best of all a washer and dryer. We leave one or two tide pods & dyer sheets depending on the length of stay. Feel free to bring your own laundry detergent if you know you have a lot of laundries to do! The second bedroom downstairs has a full bed, desk w/ rolling chair, chest of drawers, closet w/ hangers, iron, and ironing board. A ROKU flat screen TV. Extra blankets and pillows are in each room to keep you as comfortable as possible. We have a queen bed that can be put out for bigger parties in our big room. We charge extra per person per night for each guest after 4 people. Host will provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc to last the first couple days after check in but after guest will have to replenish those for their own use after the intial essential have been used. Guest access You are welcome to park on the entire driveway, parking on the street is preferred. No parking on the street during the winter per the city code because of snow plows. I don't want you guys getting a ticket! Other things to note The cable is accessed through the Xfinity Stream Beta App on each Roku for each TV. We charge an additional $12 per person per guest per night after 4 guests.
