Welcome to this charming old apartment in the heart of Calvi. Close to the port and the citadel, everything is within walking distance in 5 minutes: citadel, market, shopping streets, sea... The apartment has a small outdoor area (with dining table and chairs). The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-level villa in the Pointe St François (one of the most beautiful views of Calvi) close to the shopping streets, the port and the citadel (5-minute walk) facing the "Nord Sud" beach (for diving enthusiasts) as well as the small "Roncu" beach. The hill overlooking the street overlooks the Calvi Citadel on one side and the Revellata lighthouse on the other. The 60 m2 apartment in the old style with its tiles and woodwork has a lot of character. The rooms are spacious and the ceilings are high. The living room includes a living room on one side, and separated by a counter, the kitchen/dining room on the other, with: fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher (new), coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher etc...
