La Jolla Cottage

Come enjoy a slice of paradise in this cute cottage in the heart of La Jolla. The place has one bedroom along with a spacious living area that can sleep another two guests. Big patio to enjoy drinks after coming back from the beach only blocks away! The space The cottage has been newly renovated and is extremely cozy. 600 sq ft! The space is fully furnished with hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. Best of all, the cottage is in the heart of the Village of La Jolla. You are walking distance to restaurants, shops, and breathtaking coastal views. La Jolla is the ideal getaway for a families, couples, friends, or yourself! La Jolla offers swimming, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, tennis, seals (!), golf, and relaxation. There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and a 20 minute drive from San Diego International Airport and the Gaslamp District. The cottage is also short drive from UCSD, Mission Bay, Sea World, the famous San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park. Note: In an effort to conserve water, we recently tore out the landscaping in front of the cottage. Currently, it is purely soil. Please bear with us as we are trying to find a water-friendly landscaping solution for both your cottage and the unit my family and I share facing Fay Avenue. Guest access Guests will have the entire 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home to unwind in. The cottage has a bedroom (with a queen-sized bed), kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. The living room with TV, queen-sized pull out couch, and access to the patio is upstairs. Our unit is classic to the homes that used to exist throughout charming La Jolla. Thus, does not come with central heating or A/C. However, we do have a window units for A/C and space heaters available for your convenience. Guests will also have access to the attached storage unit where they can store their suitcases and access the washer and dryer. Other things to note Although newly renovated, the cottage is an older unit. If anything is off or quirky, just let me know and I will get it fixed ASAP!
