Nestled in the heart of the old town, we invite you in this place of serenity. In this 90m² apartment, the large living room opening onto a modern kitchen will bring together friends and family. With their beams and old stones, the rooms under the roof are very warm. It will be easy to relax in the large bathroom and sauna... The space On one side of the apartment is the castle and the main shopping street of Annecy, on the other side is the old prisons and a quiet river. A fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto a large dining room. In the extension of the dining room is the living room with two sofas. This room is comfortable and friendly. There is a small piece of balcony which will allow you to enjoy the sun! There are two beautiful bedrooms on the first floor: a large double bed in the first with a fireplace heater; and three single beds in the second. This layout is ideal for large families and groups of friends (be careful, attic rooms !). The entrance hall of the apartment will allow you to store many things. From the hallway, you can take the spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms or access the large bathroom. Summer or winter, come and enjoy the sauna ! The bed are prepared. You'll also find basic amenities in the apartment : oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar etc... for your stay begining. COVID-19 : In order limitate contacts with each other, checkin and checkout will be organized with a key box.
