Perfect location for a family reunion or small country wedding. The space AVAILABILITY OF ONLY THIS FARMHOUSE: This is one of three farmhouses that we have on our estate. If you wish to rent only this farmhouse during a weekend, you will be welcome to do this in the out of season period (month of April and from the second week of October onwards). During the high wedding season (months of May, June, September, first week of October), you will be welcome to rent from Monday to Thursday. Weekends are reserved for the rental of the entire estate: all three farmhouses that can sleep between 40 and 60 guests. DESCRIPTION: This is one of three farmhouses originally built in 1700 that we have recently restored on our organic olive oil-producing estate in Umbria (central Italy, close to the border with Tuscany). The apartments are comfortable and spacious, well equipped (air conditioning, wifi, heating, fully-furnished kitchens) and well furnished It is a perfect location for weddings, family reunions and holidays. The whole estate (including the other two farmhouses) can sleep up to 58/60 guests. From Colle San Paolo you can visit many old hamlets and interesting art cities both in Umbria and in Tuscany, and also Lake Trasimeno, with its beaches, nature reserve and islands For weddings: during the end of May, the months of June and September, we rent out the entire estate (i.e. not only this farmhouse, but all three farmhouses, for between 40 and 58/60 guests). This farmhouse by itself, or 2 farmhouses, may be rented during the week (Monday - Thursday morning). During the months of July and August we rent this farmhouse for one week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year you can rent it for 2 or 3 nights. For weddings we require an additional supplement (wedding fee) to be added to the rental. We have a wedding tent (our Plan B) that can host up to 70/75 guests for dinner. Guest access If you rent the whole farmhouse you will have 5 apartments: three have a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with single sofa bed and kitchenette; and two have 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen. One of the larger apartments also has its own private garden, equipped for eating outside. There is a terrace surrounding the pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and dining tables. There is another terrace with a barbecue, there is the characteristic internal courtyard, and the 70 sqm common room. Events and weddings can be held in any (or all) of these places, inside or outside. This farmhouse is at the top of a steep hill. Most of the hill has been paved, except for the last part that is a dirt country road. Please be prepared to drive uphill (slowly and in first or second gear) for about 500 metres, until you see the farmhouse on your left. Continue driving and you will reach the parking place right after the farmhouse, to the left. RENTAL DURING WEEKENDS: This is one of three farmhouses that we have on our estate. During the months of July and August we rent only the entire estate (all 3 farmhouse) for a minimum of 5 nights. During the rest of the year you are welcome to rent this farmhouse for only 2 or 3 nights. In the case of weddings we add a wedding fee to the cost of the rental.
