Bright room The space Bright and quiet rooms with modern facilities. The floor is laid with parquet. The sleeping-sofa is very large and offers more than sufficient room for 2 people. You also have a TV (flat screen and cable television) and Internet connection via W-Lan. An elevator in the house is also at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine and dryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Location: Various shops (food, beverages, bakery, specialities), restaurants, cafes, bars. boutiques are within walking distance. The apartment is very centrally located, the subway station "Hohenzollernplatz" is 1 min from the flat, "Bonner Platz", "Scheidplatz" or "Münchner Freiheit" are very close as well, and also bus and tram. The "Luitbold Park", just around the corner is gorgous for a lot of spare time activities, such as jogging, biking, picknick, sun-bathing, walking or just for a leisurly stroll. The owner speaks also English and Spanish. The prices are for two people to fairs and the Oktoberfest on your request. Months rent to only one person. VERY IMPORTANT: WICHTIG!: I have 2 Bengal and 1 Savannah cats, who have access to all rooms in the flat, besides, of course, the guest rooms! Thus, please only consider to rent the room if you like cats. The 3 sweeties are curious, sometimes a bit wild (as cats are :-)), a bit shy and very loving (they do neither hiss nor scratch. Never!)
