Whilst it's easy to get out and about discovering the local hidden beaches or finding the best ice cream in the nearby coastal towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe, there are plenty of reasons to stay at home and make the most of Morecombe Down. With a wrap-around patio (which has views for miles) and sweeping lawn, there's lots of space to enjoy alfresco dining and games. And for the days when the weather doesn't play ball, the open-plan living area with a mix of cosy corners and floor-to-ceiling glass doors offers a great social space for family time. Or, if you'd rather just enjoy your surrounds, there are lots of beautiful walks along ancient bridleways and through the wooded Avon valley. Guest access Set off a country lane just half a mile from the main Kingsbridge to Totnes road, Morecombe Down is easy to access. There is plenty of private parking on site and guests are encouraged to use the private drive which is separate from the farm. Other things to note We live in the annexe next door, so we will be to hand should you have any questions or problems. Due to the fact that we are a working farm we unfortunately cannot accept dogs.
