The space Beautiful villa in a quiet area and perfect for a good rest, close to shopping area, restaurants and beaches. It has: A large room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom. One double bedrooms. * All bedrooms have large closets. Two bathrooms with bidet and ventilation (one en suite in large room, one apart). Private pool, no one can see from outside. Consult air conditioning. BBQ on the terrace for grilladas. Large outdoor terrace, with dining room in front of the pool, and area enabled to enjoy the sun, or to work remotely outdoors. WIFI included. Spacious, bright and open to the taste of each one: it has curtains and shutters. Natural ventilation (windows in all bedrooms, door in kitchen that faces the terrace). We provide household linens (towels, sheets, mannuts), hair dryer. Kitchen equipped with necessary utensils for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates…), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Ironing utensils. A flat-screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels 5 minutes away from the promenade, marina and main services. Shops, restaurants, pubs... Great area! It has a parking area in the same street that is next to the villa.
